Bennett Neiman, Ph.D. is a partner and senior consultant of Chrysalis, specializing in working with teams and individuals to bring about greater collaboration and effectiveness. His primary focus in the areas of strategic and visionary team planning, team building and conflict resolution. He is a business leader in the field of Organizational Development. He has brought an entrepreneurial drive and enthusiasm to every setting with which he has ever been associated.

Ben brings years of experience with other premier Organizational Development firms to his role at Chysalis, including positions as: Senior Consultant at Innovation Associates, Inc., Peter Senge’s Boston-based learning organization company, Partner at Idea Champions, Inc., an ideation / innovation firm, and Partners International, Inc., a premier coaching and consulting organization.

Ben has significant experience growing and leading successful organizations. Among the most significant was the eleven years he spent founding and growing Neiman, Maring & Kanefield, Inc., a marketing / advertising agency where he was President and CEO. He and his partners built the firm into an $11 million, thirty-person organization.

As a doctoral student in Educational Psychology at Washington University, Ben was part of ground-breaking work in the field of human motivation. Much of his career has been about expanding this work into the corporate environment. Over the past nine years Ben has been developing and perfecting a revolutionary planning process called, "Visionary Team Planning."

Ben is a dynamic speaker and an engaging facilitator. In addition to his Ph.D., he holds a Masters in Communication from St. Louis University, a B.S. in Education from the University of Cincinnati, and is a graduate of a three year program in Gestalt therapy from the Gestalt Therapy Institute of St. Louis.
