She likes to work one to one as a coach, listening to people, asking good questions, helping them find their inner wisdom, mapping what I hear so they have a visual record of our conversation.

Her breakthrough publication, “Mapping Inner Space,” was the best selling publication for Zephyr Press for 10 years, and is still selling well after 20 years, She developed the visual recording system that she uses and has taught the process to hundreds of people inside organizations. In workshops, tailored to meet client needs, Nancy designs and leads strategic planning, learning and leadership programs for executives and educators. She also teaches the visual recording technique that she invented, called “Mindscaping.”
