The Bahamas Telecommunications Company needed to implement a Performance Management System to surface and align quality initiatives
  • Designed and implemented a company-wide performance management process resulting in the alignment of strategic corporate goals with every layer of the company down to coordinated targets for front-line technicians
  • Trained and coached process improvement teams to reduce fault repair turn-around time in a 100% unionized workforce
Charles Schwab had a variety of new project teams and needed to ensure newly trained project leaders could achieve their goals:
  • Coached project teams to reduce the new account open cycle time from application to funding by 75%.
  • Created a project selection tool that brought consistency and objectivity to the process for prioritizing projects across the company.
Starwood Hotels and Resorts wanted to launch a worldwide Lean Six Sigma initiative to improve margins and gain market share:
  • Participated on a design team to successfully develop and roll out a worldwide Quality effort
  • Trained and coached project leaders within a union environment, leading to project benefits averaging $30 million per year from 2004 through 2008 for North America alone.
  • Designed and implemented a project-transfer and process management initiative that helped to expand gains from best practice projects to all 700 properties.
  • Designed a Lean Six Sigma simulation program, implemented worldwide as a key tool for building awareness and buy-in.
Target wanted to enhance its innovative corporate culture with data-based analytic skills, in order to improve cross-functional problem-solving  and operational efficiencies:
  • Designed case-study based learning modules that enabled internal staff to roll-out “just-in-time” training to project team leaders.
  • Implemented simulation-based process improvement awareness workshops for executives and senior management, to build buy-in and sponsorship for projects in their organizations.
