Daniel White

Daniel White synthroid 0.1 mg tb. is an executive coach, organizational development consultant, and learning facilitator who specializes in helping leaders, teams and organizations reach their full potential.

He uses finely his tuned perceptions to identify clients’ strengths, styles and developmental opportunities. He draws out their natural motivation, then facilitates change by breaking learning into learnable steps, and coaches clients through each step. With groups he designs and facilitates innovative learning programs that enable clients to learn new skills and ways of thinking. He coaches leaders and teams to over barriers and helps them successfully implement lasting change.

Dan began his career at Xerox Corporation designing and facilitating learning programs in leadership and selling skills. Over the course of his career he has worked as a corporate director of learning and development, a team facilitator and trainer, an organization development consultant, a career counselor and an executive coach.

He now provides leadership coaching, customized training and organizational change consulting. His clients range from small not-for-profits to large corporations. They include: Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, Regeneron, Lundbeck, Dow Jones, Time, Inc., New York Times, Prudential, Reuters, Grey Advertising, MTV, RR Donnelley JP Morgan Chase, Standard & Poors, JetBlue Airways, Columbia Univ., NYC schools, and Neighborhood Initiatives Development Corp.

He has published a book and several articles on executive coaching and leadership development. He teaches leadership coaching at the City University of New York. He founded and leads the Coaching Learning Group, and is a member of: International Coach Federation, Organization Development Network, American Society of Training & Development and Human Resource Performance and Strategy.
